A shining, beautiful clear garnet colour. The nose mingles notes of fresh plum and blackcurrant with great finesse. Though the woodiness from the ageing is subtle and the tannins melting, the aromatic richness is intense and harmonious. The palate reveals notes of chocolate and cherry. The finish is beautifully lingering, distinguished by delicate tobacco notes.
