This is Petrolo's Cru of Merlot made exclusively with the grapes from the vineyard Galatrona-Feriale planted in various phases during the 1990s with low vigor bordeaux clones. The soil, rich in clay and in combination with schist marl and sandstones (galestro and alberese) allows the concentration of all the noble components of the grapes fundamental for the great structure, elegance, balance and persistence wanted for this wine.
