Founded in 2000 by a group of enthusiastic local investors, the Dominio de Tares wine estate has been quick to make a mark on Spain's up-and-coming Bierzo region, earning a reputation for well-balanced, elegant wines. The El Paisano is their latest offering, a celenration of their 20th anniversary; an old-style Bierzo, it is a field blend of four grapes, both white and red, smooth and refreshing, with a fragrant nose of red fruits and violets.
