This expression features a combination of garden-grown lemon balm and foraged sorrel, alongside a few other choice botanicals, to give it a distinctly citrusy flavour profile! Inventive and delectable, and more than comfortable served in a GT or a Gin Martini. Earthy juniper and delicate lemon, with hints of herbaceous lime leaf sneaking in along the way.
