Japanese Blossom Gin

Locally grown barley is distilled into a traditional Shochu spirit, then distilled again with a range of botanicals. The shochu base means this is a gentle, softly textured gin. The cherry blossom botanical that provides the name is used with restraint, but is clearly present on the palate along with main notes of orange and mandarin. Every bit as beautiful as the bottle.
