The palate is immediately appealing with a succulent mouth feel, beautifully integrated acidity and silky texture. The wine glides through the palate effortlessly to a delicious long finish. A beautifully proportioned and stylish Pinot Gris showing extra dimensions. Grapes were hand picked and whole bunch pressed, then fermented in French oak barriques for a time.
