We’re delighted to host Jean-Benoit Hery from Moutard in our Jervois Road cellar for an intimate evening of Champagne, Chablis, and French Whisky. Jean-Benoit will guide us through a beautiful line-up, including JB Hery Brut Rose de Craie Champagne, Moutard’s Grand Cru Chablis from the 2019 vintage, and the Moutard Fume Brasserie du Der Whisky. Paired with a selection of French cheeses, this relaxed tasting is a rare chance to explore these wines and spirits in the company of the man who knows them best, all in the atmospheric surrounds of our subterranean cellar.
