The plateau these grapes come from represents the heart and soul of Mont Redon, and also happens to be the most beautful spot they own. A more concentrated and rounded Chateauneuf, Le plateau is from vines aged between 80-100 years and shows notes of notes of blackcurrants, toasted bread, garrigue, and beautiful minerality.
