The grapes come from parcels of old vines on the Herrenweg of Turckheim and Wintzenheim, this estate benefits from an exceptional microclimate and rainfall which is one of the lowest in France. Similar to the soil of Graves, this terroir offers aromatic, ripe and elegant wines which are farmed organically and biodynamically since 2004. A dry Riesling, fresh and lively with a floral nose, hints of grapefruit, a fleshy mouthfeel and a precision which is a characteristic of Josmeyer.
