This tiny quinta, family-owned and steeped in tradition, has some of the best land on the Douro. Summer is the ideal time to rock this drink. The Portuguese have been combining their white ports with tonic for decades, and theyre definitely onto something. Pop some ice in the glass, followed by one part port to two parts tonic, with maybe a twist of citrus. A hard-to-beat GT alternative.
