Misty Coves Estate Pinot Gris is lovingly handcrafted and produced from our upper Wairau Valley vineyard where stony old riverbed soils help create a floral and fleshy wine that truly captures Marlboroughs unique environment.Marlboroughs famously rich soils help deliver an exciting and enticing wine that is on the drier spectrum. Balanced acidity gives a lush and soft backbone that is quite moreish to share with great mates and tasty food.The fruit was harvested in the cool of the morning and soaked on skins for 6 hours. Fermented with our unique combination of yeast that produces mouthfeel and texture.
